"This is a newly remodeled motel. The renovations were very nicely done. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the towels were thicker than I would have thought…a nice plus. It was nicely decorated, and pretty quiet, set back away from the highway. The staff were extremely helpful. There is real pride of ownership. Would definitely stay here again! The only negative is there wa no breakfast for us due to their office area completely under renovation. Also, the base..."

"This hotel is on the upswing. All of the rooms are freshly remodeled. The lobby, office and dining room are in progress and look like construction sites. Our room was basic but clean and nice with comfortable beds. It has a refrigerator and microwave. Very quiet. Over the recent years I have stayed at two other hotels in Gila Bend. This is the one I'll come back to."

"Room was up dated clean and nice. Friendly, family atmosphere safe place for families & animals. Place has everything you need and the staff is always nice and helpful never rude in anyway. If you need a place to get off the road or to stay for a long period this is the best place in town."

"Gala Bend Lodge was given high marks for location, service and the cleanliness and overall comfort and newness of the room. It is under construction at this time, but there’s no noise or inconvenience, except the office location has moved to a room! The young couple that is renovating the motel are extremely accommodating and helpful. If you like motels, you will like this place. If you’ve never tried to motel, you should."

"Freshly remodeled rooms with good quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. The person who helped me was friendly and kind. I left my expensive car keys in the room and he sent them to me in the mail quickly, and for free! Highly recommend this place."
